The HRA is a member in the following human rights coalitions:

• The HRA is a member of Ittijah , the Union of Arab Community-Based Associations. As a general policy, we seek to mainstream our positions and coordinate our efforts in order not to duplicate each others work.
  
• Regionally, the HRA is a member of the Euro-Med Human Rights Network (EMHRN) and its working group on Palestine. The cooperation with our European colleagues is an essential part of the International Advocacy programme.
  
• Currently, the HRA is a member of the Working Group on the Status of Palestinian Women Citizens in Israel , which is preparing the 2005 Alternative Report to the UN Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW).
